Join a panel of PUI ornithologists for a candid conversation about faculty life at institutions where undergraduate education, mentorship, and research are deeply interconnected. Panelists will share their experiences developing ornithology research programs with undergraduate students and balancing research with teaching. The panel will also provide practical advice for graduate students and early professionals interested in academic careers at PUIs.
